Sweet Potatoes are full of Vitamin A to help healthy skin and eyes. They are also crammed full of Vitamin C for a healthy immune system whilst it also has B6 acids in it in order to help your metabolism.
Sweet Potatoes are also full of Calcium and Potassium; eating them aids bone strength and muscle function and repairing whilst also helping heart rate regulation.
Finally; eating Sweet Potatoes contributes towards a healthy digestive system.
1 Sweet Potato ( 105 Calories, 0g Fat, 24g Carbs, 2g Protein)
2 Eggs ( 156 Calories, 6g Fat, 1.2g Carbs, 14g Protein)
1) Wash and prick the Sweet Potato and the bake in the oven for 40 minutes until softened.
2) Cut Potato in half and scoop out half of the inside.
3) Crack an egg inside each half and put back in oven for 10 minutes until Egg Cooked but yolk still nice and runny.
4) Serve With rest of Sweet Potato mashed.
