Seafood is not a big staple of the Mediterranean diet for no reason. The Omega 3 oils and fatty acids in fish and especially seafood, not to mention the Vitamin C content, make this an extremely delicious dish.
169g Basmati Rice ( 351 Calories, 1g Fat, 76g Carbs, 9g Protein)
100g Prawns ( 66 Calories, 1g Fat, 1g Carbs, 15g Protein)
100g Fish Pie Mix ( 140 Calories, 6g Fat, 1g Carbs, 22g Protein)
150ml Chicken Stock with Water ( 9 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbs, 2g Protein)
1) Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a large wok. Add the Prawns and fish pie mix and cook on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
2) Add the Chicken Stock with the Water to the wok and then add the rice.
3) Bring it to the boil and then reduce to a medium- low heat and simmer for 12 minutes until majority of the liquid has evaporated.
