Mediterranean Stir Fry

I made this stir fry using Courgettes, peppers and I thought I would improvise and give a bit of a European flavour by adding a little feta cheese too.

It was very nice actually, a delicious stir fry. Very easy and quick to make but very, very tasty all the same.


1/2 Courgette ( 34 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbs, 0g Protein)

Red Pepper ( 30 Calories, 0g Fat, 4g Carbs, 1g Protein)

Egg Noodles ( 236 Calories, 1g Fat, 48g Carbs, 8g Protein)

50g Feta Cheese ( 138 Calories, 11.5g Fat, 0.5g Carbs, 8.5g Protein)


1) Fry the Pepper and courgette in a wok for a few minutes until beginning to soften and brown a little.

2) Add the Egg Noodles and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes until the noodles are cooked thoroughly.

3) Add the little feta cheese. Mix well and serve.
