“You can’t climb up a mountain with downhill thoughts”
I made this little recipe at the end of last week.
It is another very tasty recipe that is ideal for you to make, either if you just want to make something nice and easy on any day, or if you are busy and are limited for time.
All the same it was very flavoursome and tasty whilst being very simple and easy to concoct.
1 Yellow Pepper, sliced in thin strips ( 25 Calories, 0g Fat, 4g Carbs, 1g Protein)
3 Celery Sticks, finely diced ( 10 Calories, 0g Fat, 1g Carbs, 0g Protein)
1 plum Tomato, finely chopped ( 11.5 Calories, 0g Fat, 2g Carbs, 0.5g Protein)
2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Massala sauce ( 40 Calories, 3g Fat, 2g Carbs, 1g Protein)
300g Singapore Style Noodles ( 192 Calories, 3g Fat, 37g Carbs, 3g Protein)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil ( 123 Calories, 14g Fat, 0g Carbs, 0g Protein)
1) Begin by frying the pepper on a medium heat for a few minutes in a tablespoon of olive oil.
2) Add the Celery and cook for a few more minutes.
3) Mix in the tikka curry paste and the chopped tomato, cooking for a further few minutes.
4) Add the Singapore Noodles and cook all together on a low heat for about 4-5 minutes until the Noodles are fully cooked.
