1 Onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp paprika
1 Chorizo ring, roughly diced

1 cod fillet, chopped

- Fry the onion, garlic and chorizo together with the paprika for a few minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
3. Add the chopped cod and simmer for about 8 minutes then with about 5 minutes left, add your prawns.
4. Garnish with coriander and serve with the toasted ciabatta’s.
