450g white potatoes, peeled and chopped

- Bring a large saucepan of boiling water to the boil and then simmer the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes
2. Meanwhile, make the sauce for the pie by mixing together the flour and milk, stirring the milk in bit by bit until lump free. Then add the salmon and parsley and simmer for a few more minutes.
3. Mix everything together, spoon in to a Pyrex dish and cook in the oven at 180C/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes.
4. Serve with vegetables of choice.
