About Us

I am an experienced Elite Athlete with over 5 years experience competing at a high level within the Sport. I have experience of training with some of the best athletes in the whole of the UK both at Windsor, Slough, Eton and Hounslow Club and currently at Swansea Harriers.

As a fully qualified Sports and Exercise Nutritional advisor, in addition to already previously being a fully qualified fitness instructor, I have lots of vital experience and knowledge to pass on to those who are keen to work hard to improve their results.

Having trained with some of both Wales, England and the United Kingdom’s Top Athletes, I know what it takes to gain results and to reach the very top of your craft and achieve the success and results that you want to achieve. Having put my Nutritional knowledge in to practice in my own training, I can also speak from personal experience at what is needed in order to get every last percent out of your talent.
